Actually, that’s not necessary, recording calls is so easy. All you have to do is check the “Record All Calls” box when you set up a campaign.

Even if you didn’t do that, you can press the record button while you’re on the call and the Predictive Dialer will have a recording of the entire call saved and ready for you to listen to later.

Mine, All Mine

Once you locate the recorded call, you can easily download it to your computer without any special software.

Then you can do what you like with it, since it will be yours.

You can also download an easy plugin for your browser and download all of your recordings at the same time, then sift through them at your leisure.
