Having a dialer script that pops up when you reach a contact is great, but having as many dialer scripts as you want and different scripts for each user, well that’s pretty handy isn’t it?
Once your scripts are created, you and your agents are able to change which ones they are using for different campaigns.

Include Contact Data

Need to have specific information about your contact embedded within the dialer script? That’s easy.
It doesn’t matter what piece of information you want to have integrated into the script, it can be done. See their name in in the script. Verify their address or the type of service they are subscribed to. Basically, whatever you upload about your contact can be placed into the script.
